Maybe you have cancer of the left nut.

Do a testicular self exam.

do a thorough self check and see a doctor asap. if it is cancer youll want to get rid of it as soon as possible so it cant spread.

Too many things possible and from what you describe, not very helpful. Would suggest you see a plumber (urologist) as soon as you can.

Possibles:

Spermacele
Tumor (most testicular cancers are non painful)
Hydrocele
Hernia
Epididymitis
Trauma injury
Infection

So see, who can say with any certainty? Need a lot more info and an examination. See your doc.

It's been a month since what?
If you are honestly concerned about it, I would see your doctor. We are talking about your balls. Testicular cancer is most common in guys around your age, but you may have something called a hydrocele, a build up of fluid.

Tingling feeling you mean? Sometimes I get that. Once in a while it feels sensitive, like you can feel only that side when you move around?

Unless there are any weird lumps, I don't think it has to do with anything. If you are too concern, go find your family doctor. Since you said its been a month, you should go to a doctor ASAP. Better safe than sorry. Who knows, maybe its still growing?

no lumps, and i dont think its cancer, its a feeling that comes and goes, heaviness, so hard to describe, nothing painfully, i wish i knew hot to put it in words :(

Go to a doctor.

1. Are there ANY detectable differences between the right and left testicles besides the heaviness (size, texture, sensitivity, how far they drop, etc)

2. Do you remember getting sick slightly before the heaviness started occurring?

3. How often does the feeling occur, and for how long?

4. Is the area between your left leg and your genitals swollen, unusually warm, or sensitive?

5. Does it burn when you piss?

ok i am not on any meds, as for size, i guess they are both the same size but the one that is heavy is further up and the good one is lower, i never got sick or anything and this is something that comes and goes its not like its always here, no swollen areas at all or sensitive at all, it does not burn when i piss. thansk everyone for all replies :)

One of the symptoms of a varicocele (essentially a vericose vein in the blood vessels going to your testicle) is a feeling of heaviness in your testicle. Sometimes they're painfully, but sometimes they're not. If I were you, I'd talk to a doctor about it. Remember, it's your balls we're talking about here!

You need to see a doc quickly... too many things can be going on there. Testicular cancer is very common, and often overlooked until its too late!

:(

Go see a doctor, ASAP. It's not an infection. Could very well be nothing, but could also be cancer.

Let me say again what everyone else is saying:

SEE YOUR DOCTOR

Probably something insignificant, but why risk it with your fellas?

I had a back injury 2 years ago... sometimes when it acts up i get a pinched nerve that makes my right testicle feel wierd.... almost painful...but not quite... hard to describe.... the first time it happened I went to the dr and checked around and found nothing wrong... diagnosed it as a pinched nerve...

Anyway ...go see a dr... probably nothing to worry about..

Btw it only feels wierd when I strain myself at the gym and cause the old war wound to act up....
