How long do you keep it in for ?
 
Is it a sitting down job or something more physical ?

I wore one during my exams as a sort of goodluck charm.
 
I was sitting on the plug, I have a desk job. But I have worn the plug to the gym. I was worried that it would shoot out while doing squats. That would have been awkward
