I didn't make this thread to show off my cock or anything sexual. It's just a progress of my weight training. I think I'm too scrawny so I'm going to try and put on a good 10-15 lbs before the summer ends.
 
You're perfect the way you are man...VERY sexy! Don't EVER shave any of that sexy body hair off, either!!!
 
I don't think scrawny is the right word. You are not super thin nor are you overweight. I would love to have a body like yours. And I agree with pozvatop, the body hair is fantastic.
 
You definitely are not scrawny. There isn't anything wrong with your body. I'd be thrilled if my body looked like yours. You are gorgeous! And, like posvatop & jft245, I too love the body hair.
 
Thanks guys but maybe I should have mentioned that I'm only about 5'6, 130 lbs. I don't think I'm underweight but I want to put on some pounds of muscle and fat. I'm trying to eat more and also drinking protein shakes.

what are you drinking as far as protein shakes go? i have 2 certifications in personal training and im finishing a third now.. try truemass from bsn its pretty good tastes ok.. real gains from ultimate nutrition is good as well just up your calories and do less cardio hope that helps a lil...

I don't remember the brand name of it but it's 18 grams of protein per scoop. I mix it with milk so that adds about 10 more grams. I try to drink three of them a day.

I love prowrestling and he's one of my favorite wrestlers.

Anyway, to keep people updated, I haven't been to the gym in almost 2 weeks! Wow, I skipped a few days and got really, really lazy and have been living off of a horrible sleeping schedule, so I haven't had much energy as of late. I really need to get back to it.

Anyways, your torso looks fantastic IMO. Don't try to gain too much muscle, I don't think it would look that good in you. For me, you're fine as you are...damn hot! A lil' bit more of muscle is ok but not too much.

An advise I'd probably give you would be to work on your legs too. Don't get me wrong, you have great legs, greatly shaped, but it seems like they're not as toned or big as your upper body.

I've been drifting out of my routine really bad. I need to get back and start going regularly, and yeah I need to work on my abs because I have a gut. I need to do more running or else it will never change.

And yeah I need to work on my legs, back, chest and arms.

From now on I'm going to focus completely on high impact exercises like bench press, military press, squats, dead lifts, etc. All the exercises that just focus on small muscle groups don't help me much.
