I don't think anybody was using the word rape that lightly.

But you do have a point. I would say he was sexually harrased/assaulted. Maybe molested. But not exactly rape... just to clarify why I said it, the definition of rape is a crime committed by forcing another person to have sexual intercourse with you against their will.

And the last time I checked, I don't think sucking on a penis is considered sexual intercourse.
