  • Hi Guest - Did you know?
Hot Topics is a Safe for Work (SFW) forum.

My straight drunk passed out friend

So in your world date rape is not rape at all. Simply drug someone's drink and it's not rape. In your world many people have been wrongly convicted of rape when all they did was plow a person who was rendered unconscious. That isn't rape! They didn't have to force them!

Why don't you stick to your youtubes about stupid things like weddings and leave the heavier thinking to people with a brain?

Personal attack is stupid.

Anyway, did the OP say he "plow" into the guy ?

A better question,
has anyone been charged and jailed for rape for not "plowing" into the guy or girl ??

Utterly irrelevant.

Like I already said, many rapes go unreported.

That is how serious the word rape to me.

The question is relevant. Has anyone been charged and jailed for this serious crime for not "plowing" the victim ???????????

There must be afew charged and jailed at least if your (& afew others) definition of rape is correct.

ir·rel·e·vant (ĭ-rĕl′ə-vənt)
adj.
Unrelated to the matter being considered.
ir·rel′e·vant·ly adv.
Synonyms: irrelevant, extraneous, immaterial, impertinent
These adjectives mean not pertinent to the subject under consideration: an irrelevant comment; a question extraneous to the discussion; an objection that is immaterial; mentioned several impertinent facts.
Antonym: relevant

If the problem is with the word "rape"...how does "sexual assault" or "sexual abuse" sound? Are you OK with either one of those?

don't know what you are talking about but just answer the question:
Has anyone been charged and jailed for rape for not "plowing" the victim ?

One thing telstra is apparently not capable of understanding is that the fact of rape is NOT CONTINGENT on the reporting of the crime. To make an analogy, a person can be murdered and the body never found. No one could even know that the individual was killed. It would not be reported, maybe just as a missing persons with speculation of death, but there would be no outcry, no court case, nothing. If the fact that the individual's disappearance was noticed, THAT might be investigated. In telstra's view this murder would never have happened.

What threshold of sexual assault/abuse is required for it to legally be considered rape in Australia? Telstra and others have given opinions, but nobody has answered this basic question. (This didn't happen in Australia, though, if it did indeed happen - but the story itself isn't at all fantastic or unbelievable...on any given days this sort of thing probably happens hundreds or maybe thousands of times.)

I can't believe that everyone didn't recognize the style immediately.
Not sure it's somebody I've paid much attention to (or not). Does his alter-ego remind of a flying car in a futuristic 1960's cartoon series?

Perhaps we should ask Mr Clinton?
It depends on what the definition of "IS" is.

I feel like someone needs to watch a few seasons of Law and Order: SVU.

When I was in the seventh grade I stroked my pet dog's penis in order to see if he would get an erection. (He didn't.) Was this bestiality? Could I have been charged with a crime in Mississippi? Was this worse than killing a trout I had caught fishing? I had read somewhere that it was a mortal sin, but I was too embarrassed to confess it.

Your logic is about as good here as it used to be in CE&P.

What's missing on the part of a large segment of our society is a proper sense of proportionality.

I'll ask again.
Is sucking a cock a few minutes then put it back while a person is a sleep = rape ?
If so, since history began where was the charge and jailed for such cases ?
