Not helpful , the above post that is.

That doesn't look good btw. How long since you've had a fresh install? Are you sure it's not just showing apps instead of processes? I can't remember how XP works, it's been awhile.

just double-click the border around it. The menus and processes should all pop back.

:)

"We are sorry but Windows no longer supports your computer. Please update to Windows 7"

XP is no longer supported

Yeah I agree not helpful at all.

Good to know that you got the issue fixed. It happened to me before and it seems the same happens with Windows Vista, but not sure about Windows 7 since I haven't touched it yet.

I don't believe it can go into a minimized state. I've been beta testing it sense build 7000 came out and haven't noticed it. I did just install the retail version, so I'll find out if it dose or doesn't. Currently you cant set it to be in that minimized state it seems.

My comment was in jest ... but EVERYBODY took it seriously...wow

When it comes to cracking jokes about operating systems and people with REAL problems its not a good way to start the thread off.

Its difficult for people to read your mind to know what you post, if its serious statement or a joke.
