But German chocolate is so bitter and uptight, and always wrapped WAY too tightly... :badgrin:
 
1st bitter chocolate is better chocolate. why? simple - there is more cocoa in it :)
2nd sadly most german chocolate is quite sweet
3rd switzerland, belgium, germany or even austria are known for chocolate. but the netherlands :confused:

And let's face it, most American chocolate, like it's beer, is pretty lackluster.

The mass-produced brands, anyway.

But, just like beer there are some "micro-breweries" for chocolate springing up that make some pretty darned good stuff.
