it really has taught me about people and what they do and say.

he has company... Rush and Fox are also in heavy spin mode. It doesn't dawn on these people that there are real humans on the other side of their keyboard. they live in a bubble of their own making and if you get close to popping it, they lash out at you with vemonomous attacks.

I truly have never seen someone so consistently attack people on any forum I have been on as nickole does here.

In the case of the attack on Ms Sherrod, he attacked me for suggesting we slow down and wait to see what the real story was... and my instinct was proven right.

all he says over and over again... shows what kind of person you are... very telling... typical for people like you... alll of that stuff

it speaks to prejudice and that is the entire point of this thread.

Nickole thinks that he is Holy and his experiences and observations trump all other peoples ideas.

This is the root of prejudice in people from all different communities, and it is a rationalization for not having to change your mind.... for not having to grow as a human being.

prejudice and racism hurts the person who harbors it as well as the person it is aimed at....

One thing I have learned practicing law, the longest brief is not always the winning brief. There have been times, in fact, when I have been entitled to submit a reply brief to the opposing sides brief, and have chosen not to because what the other side has written doesn't help their case. Sometimes, in fact, what the opposing side has written proves my case and, thus, no response from me is necessary. You're attempts to spin your way out of your rhetorical predicament just painted you into a corner. There's nothing more I need to say.

There was no spin in my response. Not sure if you know that or if you genuinely can't tell the difference between spin and a cogent point. My mistake. The sentence originally said " You're an a_____. " But I thought I shouldn't call you names, however deserving you were. Just neglected to correct the whole sentence.

However, Jackoroe is right, we should stick to the topic. Your inability to recognize your own spin, or the truth, or reality, is not the issue here. Participation in the grotesque and malicious defamation of an innocent woman is the issue on which we should focus.
