Male nudes in sculpture, painting and photography only became an issue during the 20th century. Previously you wouldn't have needed to ask the question.
'Previously', how many of the men depicted were circumcised?
The lack of foreskin leaves the man unable to maintain artistic modesty. Leaves him exposed.
'Ancient' art rarely, if ever, exposed knob. Flashing knob is equivalent to females showing pink. That's not art.
And I still think it would have been suspect had there been only males in your collection/display.
