I saw Pat Benetar already. She does get into the screaming style, but doesn't always and has a very strong voice. same for Geoff Tate from Queensryche. I would say Tom Jones fits ,too.

Most singers scream when belting or singing the high notes, or even mistake screaming as singing in high key. This is exemplified by Demi Lovato.
Those who can sing the high parts without screaming have very wide vocal ranges. Mariah Carey especially in the early years excelled as her vocal range was clearly on full display. Her belts were clear, on point and controlled. Whitney to a certain degree also did during her early years as well.
