Anyone who believes a single bullshit word from that man is an idiot.

He's claimed to represent MANY people in the industry whom he doesn't. When I worked for Jake Cruise, he claimed to represent just about every model we had, most of whom didn't even escort.

There's a better than average chance that he's not escorting. That's how David Forest's scam goes. He puts pictures up of random guys, charges his mark an exhorbitant fee to meet them, and then tells them that the guy in question isn't doing privates anymore.

What Jasun says is partially true, the ones that do escort will have a rentboy page up or ways that you can contact them to set up something. That said, some of the people he does represent are "legitimate" as far as him having some kind of direct connection to them.

DF get around the legality of this crap by claiming he is just supplying contact info, usually easily reached ones that simple google can find. He charges money essentially to give you a number, and sometimes not even that.
