Nope. Are you kidding? Stockholm is almost allergic to skyscrapers. It is a picture of Singapore. Architecture is my hobby and it is really fun to follow the development process of different projects in various corners of the globe.

This is how Stockholm looks like:

The city is attractive, but there is no proper skyline of modern buildings here. However, we have a lovely combination of water, greenery and urban areas.

In comparison, here is Pocklington, East Yorkshire, England, which I passed through whilst out on that cycle ride on Sunday.

Well, it does have such a nickname, but I tend to not overuse it as there are both beautiful and not so beautiful places like in any other city. The small English towns look nice and cosy. However, they are not as interesting as larger towns for me in the current period of life. Thank you for sharing some interesting information about the places you visited.
