Yes there is a tendency to be circumcised. It depends on the tribe and whether good medical clinics are nearby. I have been told that some tribes don't believe in making any cuts in the body. Others have assimulated with Caucasians where circumcision is the norm. I have lived both in the NW of the USA and also in FL. Circumcision is on the rise in both places.
