well, im not sure about the cumming too fast thing, but i can help you with the bulge issue.
as someone who shamelessly checks out guys packages, i know a LITTLE bit about bulges.
first, a great deal of a bulge is in the jeans. i prefer jeans that have the zipper part of the crotch go right over your dick, and where the zipper part ends, is where it goes underneath and into the back of the pant. the majority of the big jeans companies like silver and buffalo don't make jeans this way. they have additional crotch fabric lower than the zipper and i hate it, it's so .... "guy-ish," for a lack of a better word. more importantly though, is you need to be trying on tons of different types of pants. you're gay, don't be shy, go shopping gurl! try on pant after pant after pant after pant. everyone's different and so no one can suggest a "perfect" answer to you, trial and error is critical.
second, underwear. ahhhh yes. a girl once asked me why gay guys have such an obsession with buying expensive underwear. tsk tsk tsk. NOW, underwear is ridiculously varied. simply saying 2xist will work or ck or assiebum will work isn't going to help that much. for example, ck makes utter shit. ck also makes some pretty good underwear. you have to familiarize yourself with the specific lines that brands are putting out. luckily for us, that often entails looking up underwear (and as a result underwear models) endlessly. the best underwear i ever owned in terms of enhancing my bulge was a pair of cks, but i sadly lost them somewhere (lol... im a horrible person) and i didn't remember which line of cks it was.
