Your profile doesn't say where you're from, but there are gay bars and clubs in most western cities. I'd suggest you visit a few, talk to guys, see who you meet. There are also gay dating sites such as Grindr, although they do seem to attract mixed reviews.

You'll also find male "escorts" online, some of whom would satisfy your curiosity for a fee if that's something you'd consider.
 
Aside from hanging a sign around your neck that says 'I want cock', you've got to put yourself in situations/places where you're likely to meet other gay or bisexual men. Obvious places are bars, gay clubs/organizations, and online hookup sites. If we knew your age, interests, and general area you are in, we may be able to give you better advice on how to proceed.
