I saw this movie probably only twice once pirated copy and once on TV,
Only bit I can remember is near the end where a man who ends completely naked fighting a gang on a rooftop at night when they were all wearing clothes, the did start off in either a bath or robe but got ripped during the fight. Somebody must've seen a film with a seen like it, I think the movie was either made in the 80s or 90s but it was definitely in the 90s when I saw it.
I can't remember any actors names so can't do much there

Forgot to mention the movie might have been a action or crime thriller but not sure and the gang the man was fighting were hitmen in blue jeans and black jackets, hope this helps hopefully
