check out this workout....I'm gonna start doing it once I gain a little more strength......it's supposed to be 16 weeks to 6pack abs....the results seem to speak for themselves....maybe steal some ideas from his routines...they are all free too which is great!

They have the main workout to start out with which is the 6 pack abs in 16 weeks then he also has the Tyler Durden/Fight Club workout to get the body of Brad PItt in that movie...and then his 300 Spartan workouts
 
how to get six pack -
1.) find liqour store
2.) peruse and choose suitable bottled or canned libation available in set of 6
3.) purchase said libations

and enjoy

on the serious side the difficulty is in decreasing ur percentage body fat and building the suitable muscle at the same time. if u build the muscle only u cant see the definition under the fat layers
 
haha yes I do believe tanning and shaving the hair off your body does come with the 6 pack....so be forewarned!

I'm really trying to get my eating on track before I really start this program...it's so tough though cause I don't eat a lot and trying to eat 5-6 small meals a day with all that protein and fiber it's like shit...i'm stuffed all day and dread having to eat again...lol....but I also keep a food diary on www.myfitnesspal.com and I end up not even getting close to the amount of calories I need but I always surpass my protein....one day this week I was literally stuffed could barely move at night and I tallied up my calories I had only eaten 697 calories that day..and that wasn't even with my calories burned that day added to it... it sucks..and eating healthy puts me in a bad mood...lol...I really just wanna tone up and loose some fat...cause right now i'm 5ft9...weigh 166.5...but I'm not toned...according to the body fat calculator on the 6pack website i'm 22% bodyfat....that's not good at all...at all...so I really need to step everything up and just suck it up...lol
 
My body's been going through some odd changes in the past few weeks, ive dropped 3" from my waste (i swear, i just bought 28" shorts 2 weeks ago and theyre too loose on me now) but i still weight exactly the same (130lbs).

And lately ive had the lines of a sixpack on my stomach lol. All i do is walk, i walk for hours, sometimes all night, but no pushups or crunches or anything like that lol.

Well i might as well go all the way and try and develop that sixpack :p are there any websites that don't require registration and the reception of endless amounts of spam?

that website I listed above...it requires a registration...but it's free and since I signed up about 3 weeks ago I've received one email from him....that's it..but I also think that you can probably just click on "Already A Member" cause there isn't like a password/username thing on the site...
 
Recently over the summer I have been trying to get into better shape but hitting a road block, been trying to get a six pack but so far only have a four pack I was wondering if anyone knew any exercises for lowest two abs the only one I know is what I think is called a leg left where you lay flat on the ground and left you legs all the way up in the air at a 90 degree angle then back down if anyone know of any other exercises I would be extremely helpful to me or if anyone knows any other great work out advise that would be helpful as well would appreciate any help

runners or boxers exercise normally have nice six packs.

What do they do? Just follow them i suppose.
