I've recently discovered myself well. And I had sex multiple times with a guy and it all went good. But, what is really keeping my mind busy is how clean my insides are. I've opened up about it with him and he said it's not a problem with him and he understands it. But even though he said that I wanted to be clean and I've tried to douche using and enema bulb, but I feel I need more tips on how to get squeaky clean. Can someone please tell me when should I stop eating before having sex? When should I douche? What should I avoid eating? I really don't have any experience in that. And yes I've tried searching through the internet but it all sound general I want someone experienced to guide me.

In the Sticky section of this forum, is a thread called "All About Ass" that has a section called "The Enema Controvery" where there are links to old discussion threads about preparation for anal sex.

The important thing to get from these threads is that in normal bowel function, there's not stool in the rectum until right before you go to the bathroom. Eating a healthy diet with adequate fiber should empty out the rectum to the point that there's not a need for extensive douching and enemas before anal sex. Often guys douche before anal sex because they want to "feel clean" but that can be a counterproductive measure if you overdo it because it just stimulates the bowel and can trap water in the rectum which leaks out during anal sex.

Don't obsess over "being clean". Shower. Use soap and water in the shower to clean the anal area. If you insert a finger into your rectum and you feel stool, you can use a small amount of water in a syringe bulb to help empty your rectum but there's not a need to use large amounts of water.
