Used to know a website that had the legal ages in most/all of the states (hetero, homo-male, and homo-female, the ages aren't always the same...) and other countries, but never bookmarked it. It's probably still out there, though. But yeah, if you're over 18, they better be too. Even if you just turned 18 and he/she's 17 with a b-day tomorrow, you could still get in trouble if some people found out about it and his/her parents were real pricks about it.

personally as a 21 year old who knew he was gay at 12 i still think that some people at age 18 or 16 arent mature enough to make that kind of decision. Of course as a gay guy i know well that many 40 year old gay guys have the emotional maturity of britney spears pre inflato-boobs (oh come on she grew three sizes in a night?) the story got me hot and i likewise would have sucked a load out of him, in my opinion he is lucky he didnt go from nougat to cream filled
 
I liked the story, and I didn't think it was fiction. Besides, I could see me being either one of those characters. If both people were willing, why do people see a problem? Fuck laws, those aren't real. Having a good memory to look back on is.

i think there's every chance the story could be true. not LIKELY, but possible. I mean some of those restaurant handicap stalls are very suited for privacy. actually i'm fairly certain that some shit has gone down in the mens room at my local McD's. i tried to use the stall once--for BATHROOM purposes and was absolutely disgusted at the amount of obvious cumstains on the wall--not to mention the SMELL. OMG....i just hope it wasn't the employees fuckin around in there. that's so GROSS!!!!
