Used to know a website that had the legal ages in most/all of the states (hetero, homo-male, and homo-female, the ages aren't always the same...) and other countries, but never bookmarked it. It's probably still out there, though. But yeah, if you're over 18, they better be too. Even if you just turned 18 and he/she's 17 with a b-day tomorrow, you could still get in trouble if some people found out about it and his/her parents were real pricks about it.
