Neo Nazi Influence in Arozona Law

More than 60% of the people in jail in this country are racial minorities. http://www.sentencingproject.org/template/page.cfm?id=122 Is that a racist, cultural holocaust this country is visiting on non-whites? Do you agree that this makes the United States a racist country?
I agree it points out that racial minorities commit more violent crime deserving incarceration. You can argue the reasons for that, not the fact that it happens.

After Jim Crow ended, the American judicial system and law enforcement sought to continue Jim Crow using its apparatus. I recently read this book, its an interesting and eye opening proposition:

When the law is against you, argue the facts. When the facts are against you, argue the law. When both are against you, attack the plaintiff.

Which is precisely what you did by attacking Maddow, in your initial post. Now you've revealed yourself.

It wasn't enshrined, it was recognized as a reality and we fought a war that killed over 600,000 Americans to decide the question.

Next.

Article IV, Sec. 2 of the Constitution, repealed by the 13th Amendment, required that anyone "held to service or labor" in one state who escaped to another state had to be returned. What do you think that means?

Isn't that the flaw in your argument about PP? You claim that the fact that 59% of its abortions are performed on blacks and latinas means that PP is a racist organization. Isn't it possible that there is an economic reason more black and latinas have abortions at PP, such as it is where people without health insurance or who are low income go for reproductive health services?

That could be a reasonable possibility, if you didn't know about Planned Parenthood's eugenics past, if you didn't know that Sanger specifically targeted minorities, especially blacks with "The Negro Project", but given the facts of PP and the BCFA's founding the answer seems obvious.

Enshrined is a word with specific meaning, it means preserve or cherish as sacred.
Nothing suggests that slavery was cherished as sacred by the entire U.S. In fact it was much hated by much of the U.S. The inclusion of Art. IV, Sec. 2 was one of the only ways to get the Southern Colonies to agree to the Constitution and it was a recognition of slavery's existence, but was largely ignored by Northern States. Prigg v. Pennsylvania even further led to the weakening of the Article.

It was the Compromise of 1850 that both delayed the Civil War and laid the ground work for its eventual happening.

Art. IV, Sec 2 has never been specifically repealed, it was merely rendered moot by the 13th Amendment.

Eh, I pointed out Maddow's "facts" weren't as factual as you would like them to be and you have been unable to refute that. You've revealed yourself by trying to declare victory and leave.

Sorry you couldn't respond adequately. I'll try to be less correct next time.
