Anybody with some good Netflix recommendations. I am about to give up and cancel my subscription since I can't find anything to watch. I enjoyed a few series like Breaking Bad, Madmen, and Being Human. But pretty much everything else is just plain boring.

Don't stream.

There's good disc selection.

Unless you're only talking about television choices. Then I don't know.

Depends on what you like to watch, really. I'm a fan of their stand-up comedy selection and their horror movies aren't bad. For series, you might enjoy House, Scrubs wasn't bad either. If you can get into Supernatural I'd recommend it, and Frasier is also on there. There's also Dexter, Once Upon A Time, Sherlock, Lie To Me, Bates Motel, Leverage was pretty good. American Mary was entertaining. There's also quite a selection of documentaries.

*You should go to the taste selection and fill it out, then they'd show you likely movies you'd enjoy.

Do you rate the titles you've watched? That's the best way to get recommended titles that you're likely to enjoy.

I found Hulu had better TV selections, but my tastes run to British comedies, but Netflix has better movies. Hulu also seems to have more recent TV shows to watch.

When I joined Netflicks with the app on my TV I found they do not offer many new releases, I was told the studios prohibit acquiring new movies and the only way to get that is with DVD. The customer service dude said they are working on that and hope to offer more or perhaps the same product currently available only on DVD.

I might be the only person who hated "Gravity", but, I hated "Gravity"!

You're not alone - it was over hyped and you knew the ending. I will say the cinematography was great.

Kazhiwa, You are not alone I was very disappointed, as IowaGuy wrote great cinematography and amazing to look at but 90 minutes of that did not a good movie make. I will give Kudos to Bullock for a great performance.
