Thanks for all the comments guys, I enjoyed them. But I want to start working out again, not like super P-90X stuff, but something that'll help me get flatter abs and a better chest. Since my move, I've actually gained a little weight, but like I said, I don't want to do anything majorly extraneous. I just want a slimmer, sort of featured body that will look good, and actually fit in my suits again. Any tips?
