Boooo on the the song but the video was tight she has to make up for the shity ass lyrics BUT i see this being a "gay anthem" for the queens

I just have a few questions:

1) What was the budget for this video? This looks like something Janet would have released back in the early 90s (it actually reminds me of You Want This).

2) Who was the mastermind behind the choreography?

3) Was/is she even trying on this album? It seems as if she just said "Screw It" after go girl.

4) Excuse me, in advance, to those of you who have already heard the song. Who wrote the lyrics?

Next album, Ciara, next album.
 
The black fit with the big ruffles is giving me Beyonce in Single Ladies, phonytail and all.

Ciara has officially lost sight of who she is, she's trying to simultaneously be herself and Beyonce and it's not working.

When did she ever have sight of who she was? Ciara's based her entire "singing" career out of impersonating and biting the image of other popular female stars. Back in the day, it was sorta cute now it reeks of desperation and career failure.

With "Evolution" under her belt I won't count her out. She's lost it in the image department but if she can find someone who can capitalize on her limited talents like they did on Evolution she could have another hit album or two.

But her next one is gonna have to knock 'em outta the park, this one felt rushed and contrived, "Work" sounds like the beat was made on a '90s Casio.
 
^I think that's what she's trying to do and that's why she's failing, trying to appeal to a wider audience.

She did alright as the resident ghetto girl but turning glam doesn't fit her and pretty much makes her a follower, which kills her double because there are others who are better at doing what she's trying to do.

She does seem like a sweet girl so I hope she goes back to what she does best; shaking her ass really fast and singing about spinners and thugs.
 
Alicia Keys ain't nothin' to brag about herself. For someone of her talent to make songs like "No One" it's just unforgivable.

She wins the award for letting the most talent go to waste. She has no business putting out those bullshit pop records, especially after classics like Fallin' and Girlfriend and You Don't Know My Name.

She's great on the keys and has a distinct voice but I'm beginning to think her songwriting abilities may have been a little hyped, she's, what, three albums in and is already abandong her soul roots.

Her latest album just confused me in ways I didn't know I could be confused.

Yes, that was another let-down. Not that her music has ever been fantastic but it was like she hired Britney Spears' and Avril Lavigne's songwriters.

Well the good news is Jill Scott's baby daddy done left her for his ex-girlfriend so we can expect an angst-ridden masterpiece from her. She never lets down.



And of course my savior Josus Christ is gonna slay IF/when "All I Want Is Everything" is released.

I'm thoroughly convinced that someone trying to sabotage Ciara's career kidnapped her and FORCED her to do that song and video for "Love Sex Magic." There's no way she did that by choice, she can't be that stupid.

Josus is slayin' these girls, her music is just dope. She doesn't tramp it up, she doesn't do outrageous gimmicks for attention, she just makes great music. She's a vocal wizard and picks great songs.

You can't go wrong covering Marsha Ambrosius (singer from Floetry).



I got bored the other day and made up a bad ass routine to this song that keeps up with the tempo changes, it's a really fun song.

I guess its a fun song, I see it being a neat dancefloor anthem. But it sounds/looks like a cross between Pussycat Dolls and Beyoncé... so unlike Ciara.

Ciara has become a dumbass, she should have just bit the bullet and released High Price, given us a trip down memory lane

When I first heard that song I knew it was going to be a hit, and the video solidified my opinion of it. This video is hot to deaf. Ciara put it DOWN in that video and can't nobody say that girl isn't talented.
 
I like her new video, but she still doesn't really have a body to pull off that swimsuit.
