Boring stuff:
Education: Fund full day preschool and Kindergarten for the entire state. Colorado education sucks, and has for years.
Affordable Health Insurance: Outside of the Denver Metro area, the State is VERY rural and the health care situation is awful. Some counties haven't had even one Doctor for years.
Renewable Energy: Colorado is a BIG Oil State. Lots of controversial fracking.
Transportation: A couple of million people have moved to Colorado in the last 10 years. The transportation system was pretty much built in the 1960's. Traffic is horrible. A thirty mile commute can take up to 2 hours.
