Download a photo manipulation program like photo filter and use the image resize function under edit.
 
If you have a PC (as opposed to a MAC), the best free image editor program I know of is Irfanview downloadable from http://www.irfanview.com/

You can resize, change formats (bmp, jpg, gif, tff, etc. etc.), adjust color, make black & white, flip, crop, sharpen, and a whole lot of other things...and all for free.

IMHO - the best freebie program on the net. ..|
 
^ This is the third or fourth time I've seen Irfanview recommended. I inherited Photoshop so I use that...
 
You can also host your picture somewhere else (like Photobucket or other if it's nude) and then copy the link for the forum here.

on a mac you can click on the image (to open in preview) click to save it and then resize it in the save window...
