New here. Before and after pics, can you tell difference?

I'm new here. I've been working out trying to build some muscle and lose fat. Here are some before and after pics. I've made some progress, but have a long way to go. Can you tell a difference? What should I work on the most?
 
You look good !! work on loosing your shorts!!!!
 
I think that ab crunches (ugh) are where to focus now that you are making progress.

You can also do an exercise that will make your penis rock hard.

But show us your glutes and we'll vote.
 
Diet first. Cut out junk food, processed food, white flour (whole grains only), bread. You can have ab muscles of steel, but if your diet is bad, they will be covered by a layer of flab.

Do push-ups and pull-ups. If you get on a regular exercise routine, be sure to do sufficient arm and shoulder exercises. You notice results fast in those areas, and it will encourage you keep up with the exercise.

Seems that your chest is more solid and your waist is a bit smaller. So, yes, there is a difference. Great job!
