Mikey was referring to the southern speaking gay cap.

Eastern speaking with a cubano/italiano lilt would be NY, Western speaking

with a spanish/russian lilt would be SF......btw, Florida was pissed at Mikey for

slamming them until I 'splained they still had the title as retiredest Gay Cap in

the Americas..
