Well... after covid, I've gained 44 pounds in just one year... So much anxiety and stress... but now I'm eating healthier, and sports are helping me too! So I've lost 15 pounds this autumn, and I'm beginning to feel comfortable with my body again! And your comments are so sweet, and help me a lot... 😄😄😄
