Hey I am new to this thread, but thanks for you posts. You talked about your lower body, let's see those legs and a shot from the backside please.
 
I know, I've just been really busy lately, plus it's really freaking cold so there is not much incentive to do too much outside of what has to be done, such as take pictures).

Well, I know this is not exactly more with less, but I am currently working on my physical shape. I have already lost 10 pounds and I plan to lose another 10. This is just a slight preview of where I hope to go.

Looking good, the regime is obviously working. (Mind you, you had me at 'hello'!) I wish I could put ON 10!!! Start at the gym next month to try and rebuild some muscle! :D
