as far as I can remember the Playgirl mag published some pics of Leo DiCaprio nude on the set of "Total Eclipse"...you can find the pics easily
I remember some schoolmate (girls) asking their mothers to buy the Playgirl mag, because they were huge Leo Fans (it was around the time of "titanic"...)
