Good, smoking ages the shit out of you (Among other things) I'm not a fan of gyms because I believe they breed arrogant people and I really don't need the competition but it's good nonetheless.

Best of luck to you and quitting smoking. I've never smoked in my life, so I can't say I know what quitting is like, but I hear it's tough. Just like quitting any kind of addiction! You can do it, though!
