now i'll admit i do usually end up watching them...and complaining about how awful they are, but they're REALLY beating this shit to death aren't they?

i do kinda like New York though. bitch is crazy. i haven't actually watched the new show yet, but i watched some funny Xtras on On Demand. her looking for a personal assistant was hilarious!!! i really hope they limit Sister Pattersen's appearances. she's a crazy bitch too...but it's not a compliment in her case.

surprisingly (not really), she cant hold her own. funny at times, but this shit is boring as hell. she needs other bitches around to go off on or she needs dudes to try to control & fight over her. shes funny but fake as hell, i wonder what shes REALLY like. & her mom is the devil.

however, i do think that brooke knows best is a lot better than hogan knows best. and i love money isnt any worse than any of the other shows they all have been on.

She's both but I would kill for the opportunity to piss all over her face. She is one of the most unlikable human beings I've ever known of.

I hate bitches like her and I remember in the second season of "I Love New York" she finally got what was coming to her when the Entertainer's mother verbally humiliated her. It was one of the best moments of reality show history and actually made the show worth watching.

It does kind of seem like New York can't hold her own on this show. No wonder they limited it to 30 minutes. But I'd still rather watch it than Brooke Knows Best which is an absolute joke. Brooke is dull in every way and she doesn't do anything of interest other than call her daddy so he can conveniently show up just when viewers are about to get bored with watching her and her roommates walk around the condo that she didn't buy.
And don't get me started on I Love Money. That's probably the worst crap VH1 has ever come up with. Nothing happens on the show besides a lame 10-minute challenge and then the rest of the show is spent with some of America's worst bickering about alliances. Half the time I don't even know what the hell they're talking about! I just want them all to go home.

as bad as most of these shows are...I Love Money is definately one of the worst. the only thing that makes it even remotely worth watching is to see how much skin 12 Pack's gonna show.....

lol i know what you are talking about. maybe i prefer the other 2 shows to ny's show because she has reached her 15mins and im just tired of her. yeah brooke doesnt really have anything going on in her life as do many other famous people who have their own reality shows, but she just trying to live a pseudo-normal life it seems like. maybe thats why i like it, or maybe its just because i like to watch her roommate!lol he is cute! the worst scene had to be the fake roommate interviews where she starts saying why she doesnt think a woman can be president. haha wtf?!

i love money is just a weak version of a real world/road rules challenge. most of them are clearly not as phys fit and most of them are still stupid. it is not any different from any of the other shows that they have been on either. they are just competing for money instead of a dead end relationship. i think they are pretty much the same for the most part.

basically, all these shows suck... i am just not able to get through a whole episode of ny's show.

The problem with VH1 is overkill. Too much too soon. This entire "Love" franchise (Strange Love, FOL 1-3, ILNY 1-2, ROL 1-2, ILM, NYGTH) has ran it's course, with 9 of the 10 shows being aired since 2006. Too much!

New York Goes to Hollywood is a refreshing change from FOL and ILNY, but NY is clearly in her league when she's in conflict. There's no conflict here which makes it slightly dull, but I don't think the show is bad. It's nice to see her attempt acting, when she's already acting in character. NY needs to stop playing up the ghetto, loud mouthed, slightly dumb black chick and play a more likable character.

But she could make the stereotype less monotonous. NY has lost her spontaneous, unpredictable behavior. It's almost like you know what she's going to say or do before she does it. A more likable character with a different edge would be hotter.

A makeover is due. I'd like for her to not be so loud, like she was on FOL1.
