I did find this one: Mexico city approves...
My only gripe is that the couple of interviews originally broadcasted with this story did not make the text version. But you should be able to get the gist of the story nonetheless.

After reading that, I have just one thing to say: Mexico needs to copy our Second Amendment, and gays need to start packing. As the Pink Pistols say, "Armed gays don't get bashed."

Gays in the military always makes me think of the suggestion that in order to achieve peace, the world's armies should only allow gays -- young, single gays. Then, when a war came, they'd all ditch the guns and uniforms, and end up in the trenches together.
