As long they're over 18, I can look at their bulges. It would be nice seeing them in a vid so that we can see the movements. ;) They're college students, no?
 
The first thing any male notices on another is his crotch. That includes str8 guys not sure why but recently read that in a psychotherapy publication. After that started watching str8 guys at work strangers on the street and it is true and wild.
