Hi, I love nipple torture and I use snap clamps mostly, and a chain attached to them, to add weight, which I swing.

I have three sizes of clamps and the ones shown in these pics are the largest ones, but the small ones hurt more.

I start with pegs first for a while, then some nipple pumping ready for the clamps.

For me, the best part of nipple torture is that after I started it, I now get a strong nipple tingle every time I'm turned on or think about sex. Sorry, i see your question only now. My nipples are permanent large, my nipple tops are thick and peak forward like many women's nipples. i started to torture my nipples since i was a puber.
