Lately I'm having about 25% off my incoming messages being delivered with no notification. I've got my phone set to vibrate, sound and a notification message on the lock screen, but I get nothing. It seems like it's getting worse. It will show that I have a message on the message app when I open the phone to the home screen. I mentioned it to my boyfriend this weekend and he said it's been happening to him too.

I've had messages that I have missed for hours. Since my boyfriend and I use text for the majority of our conversations, it's getting annoying. Has anyone else been experiencing this? It happens in both iMessage and SMS.

BTW I've got a 4S that's a year old this month and he has a 4S that's just a month old.

Welcome to JUB, suknblow

I've tried resetting it to see if it helps any.

I don't know about your problem...

But -- I have the 5 -- and I had to turn Siri OFF -- because it kept THINKING I was trying to ACTIVATE her -- even though I was doing NOTHING!!!

I know this doesn't HELP...

But -- HOPEFULLY -- someone REALLY SMART will read YOUR thread and answer MY question as well...

^Is it because you're holding the home button too long, or is it when you're speaking?

It is just sitting in the dock while I'm driving...

Although it STARTED when it was connected to the Alpine Stereo system (lighting to USB)...

IDK...

Even after I turned SIRI off -- it still kept occasion flashing "Voice Command" and stopping the audio book I was TRYING to listen to...

Any ideas???

I DO HAVE the coverage with apple -- and can call them if it persists...

Its your audio system, not the phone. It isn't compatible with Lightning, and may have damaged the phone when you connected it.
