I also had trouble paying attention to the news story because I kept looking at his hair.

i hadn't ever seen a pic of him, my first thought was "woah somebody slept at the office last night" then i did a google image search. so... he just walks around looking like this and nobody says anything? :lol:
 
He's previously been caught ruffling his own hair to make it look messier before walking in front of a camera. It's an affectation. He's known for wanting to cultivate the persona of a charmingly absent-minded genius, a la Einstein. But it's a sleight-of-hand distraction, or even an exercise in hiding in plain sight, because he (and everyone else) knows that the absent-mindedness is very real, yet the genius part... not so much.
