One of the teachers' favorite porn site is Sean Cody and he saw him there. Or the kid bragged or the mom bragged or a neighbor saw the him on the site... You get the idea. It's almost impossible to hide when you put yourself out there like he did. One of the kids was searching for "Noel" songs and up came Noel. It's that simple.

I don't think it's fair to judge his mother as "creepy" when we don't even know how they discussed it. I can understand how some people would feel that way, but still. The fact is, he's 18 years old and doesn't have to support his mother if he doesn't want to. I don't like how people always try to make these porn stars out to be helpless victims when it's something they choose to do. And regardless of whether or not his mother was concerned about the barebacking, he was still free to do what he wanted anyway.

People are allowed to feel however they want about his work in porn, but that's still no reason for him to be suspended and barred from graduating. I'm glad the school is letting him back.

I never said his mother was creepy. I said that I find the concept of talking with your mother about unprotected sex for money to be creepy.

And just as easily as "it wasn't creepy at all", it's just as likely she's a neglectful mother who didn't much care what her son was doing as long as it brought money in-- if we're going to be honest about how little detail we have.

I find the way people react to porn to be very hypocritical. You can't jack off to someone and then tell them what they're doing is wrong. It's true, there's a risk porn stars take. Future employers might fire them or not hire them at all. They may catch an STD. But there's a need for porn, so what needs to change is people's attiudes towards it, not porn itself.

The only thing I would change about porn is to make condoms AND testing mandatory. These models should at least be as safe as possible. However, on the other hand, I also think that these are adults who can make their own choices. So, I guess I'm conflicted.

I don't think what he's doing is wrong. But I think very few people at 18 fully understand the biological and social ramifications of how porn may follow them for the rest of their lives.

And the argument of "but he can serve in the military?" is stupid, because I think few of us would say most 18 year olds are prepared for that either, or that serving in actual combat duty is positive for anyone or their long-term health.
