Noel from Sean Cody suspended from High School

I find it disgusting a studio would exploit a high school kid whether he's legal age or not. Someone like that isn't emotionally mature enough to know the consequences of his actions and Sean Cody is taking advantage of this kid's immaturity. Expecting a teenager in high school to perform in front of a camera, barebacking no less. It's borderline demonic. Put your life at risk for a thousand dollars.

Sean Cody is sleazy enough to do something like this as they've hired one of the nastiest lawyers on the face of the earth to protect their copyright.

These bottom dwellers don't care how many lives they ruin in the process, just as long as they exploit the naive for profit. They're counting on kids like this..... desperate and willing to do things to help out a rough family. Studios like Sean Cody will never get my money. I've seen studios like this before prey on the immature and down on their luck kids. One pornographer even admitted his cash cow was "a fucked up kid", but that didn't stop him from making a few thousand dollars off him. Talk to one of these pornographers and you'll see just how repulsive they are. It's no wonder people like Sean Cody hide their identities.

This is the ugly side of porn. If you believe those pretty models they seduce into barebacking for your entertainment are enjoying this, think again. They'll keep on exploiting these kids as long as they can make a buck.

Of course all the comments about how hot he is....

If he was doing chub chaser porn, I wonder if there would be as much interest :)

I'm wondering the same thing and I'm wondering if the reaction would be the same.

Who is this copyright lawyer?

What does he/she have to do with hiring models and/or the production of the porn?

How (why) do you know how 'nasty' this lawyer is? What have you been up to? :)

I don't know if it's alright to disclose Sean Cody's lawyer in a public forum so send me a pm.

It's not if it's public information. This is one if those studios known for prosecution.

I thought attroney-client privilege didn't apply to a client list. Is there any reason to think releasing the name of someone's lawyer would be illegal?

Let's just say it's Corbin Fisher's legal council too. The porn lawyer.

Never mind if they get high school kids to perform in front of the camera, it's all about money.

Luckily I like them mature, not high schoolers.

I hope he sues them for enough to cover college -- all expenses, right into grad school, plus damages of about half a million.

A real educator w9uld have turned the incident into an opportunity for discussion among the students, beginning by coming down hard on the bullies -- I'd have had them on stage for public rebuke during an all-school assembly. Then the fact that everyone gets to choose his or her own path, and so long as it's legal the school stays neutral....

The Principal gets a F as an educator.

mess. all of it. He made a choice, dealt with the backlash, and hopefully it's just coasting from here.
but geezus Christ...can you at least wait until you're out of high school before deciding to 'do porn'? :dead:
I don't care if someone is 18...as soon as I hear "still in high school", I wouldn't hire them to do porn.

lol and it wouldn't.

Y'all know good and damn well it probably wouldn't have made it past a page.

Yes if that person does not want to know he or she is seeking representation. Obviously that's not the case here as Sean Cody was and is a litigant. If it's ever been made public it's not privileged. When the attorney of record appears on a public case, that information becomes public. Generally though as a paralegal I do not and would not disclose any information at all, illegal or unprofessional as the case may be. My office shreds its old client lists. A third party does not have my duty or that of a party or counsel, but it still would be a privacy violation to leak confidential information generally.

As everyone probably knows by now, the police investigated the claims about threats and found no evidence to support them. My guess is that bit was entirely made up by the principal, in which case he could sue her personally for slander. (I think. I'm not a lawyer.)

He and his lawyer met with the principal, and by the end of the day the school district spokeswoman was saying his suspension was all about the threats (yeah, right), and that now that the police have cleared him of those allegations he's welcome back in school as of Jan 22.

The only ominous part is that she said he's welcome to "discuss" his education with the principal. We'll see how that goes.

Yes I can, and sending my child off to do porn would never cross my mind. Even at 18, he'd still be my child. I'd protect him and his future tomy death...Again, I'd never do it to my child. Would any of you? Honestly, would any of you?

So you're fine with watching porn, but it's too dirty for a child of yours to be involved in? Do you see the hypocrisy in that?

I agree that Sean Cody is being exploitive by using a high school kid, but not the rest. He was apparently planning to join the army after high school; is that less dangerous? With the high-quality tests, and (who knows) maybe PrEP, he has an extremely small chance of becoming infected...probably less then WITH condoms in the days before those protocols were available.

Unfortunately...I just found out he wanted to join the Army. Probably not going to happen now, since his real name has been all over the news, and he's done things which, while legal for civilians, are against the UCMJ (which still has sodomy laws), and the Army takes a very dim view of appearing in porn. Remember the prosecutions a few years ago for the guys who appeared on Active Duty?

On the other hand, with the demise of DADT, some of that may have changed. Not sure it changed that much though.

That would be truly sad. Time for the Army to grow up.

A guy who was on the verge of joining a pilot program in the Air Force was also dropped after it came to public light that fans of his Call of Duty stream on youtube had bumbled into him earning some money on the side masturbating on Chaturbate, and recognized him. It was not for sodomy, but for conduct unbecoming of an officer.

Yes, but only Congress can change the UCMJ. And Congress...isn't about to, let's just say that. It needs an entire overhaul, not just a few fixes.

Ah, but Robert isn't an officer... yet.

Again, not a lawyer, much less a military lawyer, but if my understanding is correct, "conduct unbecoming" can be for any rank. Conduct unbecoming of an officer is a stricter standard (I think), but conduct unbecoming has been a cause for many a less-than-honorable discharge.

Am I the only one more concerned that an 18 year old is doing porn and having bareback sex with five other guys at once?

That's just asking to get an STI.
