You have a right to be concern. Yes there are people that have bigger problems but everything is relative. You have to do what you must to correct your condition so you can have a better life, after you fix your medical problem then you can take it from there. Best of luck and a speedy recovery.

What kind of surgeon are you going to see?

Be careful when it comes to operations on your nose. After a certain amount of procedures, you just get diminishing returns because the nose is not meant to be operated on that many times.

Seek another opinion from another doctor or medical professional. A woman I know had this issue with having difficulty breathing through her nose and needed her breathing passages widened. Her nose did not change its shape or anything like that. It was not plastic surgery either.

If you are saying that you had more than one revision rhinoplasty, I'd slow down and start doing more homework before committing to another surgery. Definitely seek out more than than two opinions and don't settle on a surgeon out of convenience and price. How many revisions have they done? Which board certifications do they carry, do they publish etc.. is what I'd look for. Stay away from" board certified in "cosmetic surgery" That board can certify a podiatrist to do nose-jobs.

its possible to get airway surgery in your nose and have your insurance pay for it - if its medically necessary? ive had problems breathing through my nose my whole life.

Most insurance will pay for it. See an ENAnd T doctor and complain about trouble breathing. It is a situation in which the more you complain about it, the more necessary it is.
