I don’t know if anyone else has this problem but takes me forever to cum the first time when I’m fucking a guy. Not to be all sappy about it, but sex used to be about two people who care about each other expressing it physically. Random, wanton, meaningless sex is AWESOME, but eventually, I think it starts to lose its affect on you. The foreplay isn't as hot, and the grunts and moans aren't as intimate. So maybe try finding 1 person to have sex with all the time cuz you like each other. It might help.

Simon... I have experienced the same thing. Except for me it was before when i had multiple guys it was easy to either quickly cum or do a two for one....... now that I am with one guy (last seven years) I have had a lot of occasions where I dont cum for a long freakin time.

There's a writeup on this in The Joy of Gay Sex. Do you cum OK when masturbating? If so, there's a gradual process you can do that will let you cum more quickly when fucking.

This is a fairly common issue.

The thing to evaluate is whether you have a more normal response during masturbation or during other sexual activities.
