Right now my body doesn't look as good as it could be, it was in great shape back in the summer, but at the beginning of September I had an emergency operation to remove my gallbladder (hence those little red marks across my upper abdomen). Since then my stomach has been feeling bloated and I haven't been able to do much in terms of exercise. Oh well, it will come back in time.
