Not so sure I want to visit Australia anymore

The spiders may be scary but somewhere there's a lonely wombat hoping for some company.

Not with one of these little King Brown Snakes lurking in the rocks.

(Take a good peek at what he's dragging out of the pond!)

Actually judging from the shape of its head this looks more like a python than a king brown snake and python bites aren't toxic... probably still hurt like buggery though.

.... I would love to visit Australia one day, but I'll need a nice, strong, brave man to protect me from all the mean ol' animals and such.

Any takers? :D

Huntneo,
Couple of nice Aussie boys here in Sydney to show you around.;)
It's not that bad hear and in the outback common sense prevails. The crocks only eat folk with no common sense.

The best Aussie creature festival is Sydney Mardi Gras. Be sure to visit then, it's where the wild things roam.:-)

True. I've seen more snakes at Mardi Gras than in the bush.
Sadly, you don't see much bush at Mardi Gras these days.

Australia has more poisonous snakes than non-poisonous ones. It also has some of the deadliest spiders in the world, several deadly sea creatures including the sea wasp or box jellyfish, blue-ringed octopus, and crown of thorns starfish

We also don't force our prime minister out of office after 2 terms, boycott Australia.

hahaha.

You've never experienced Australia if you haven't stood on a blue-bottle :3

well australia is pretty much 100% bush and we're all used to the snakes in our backyards, spiders in our toilets, koalas on our windmills, kangaroos on our porches and wombats on our pillows.

besides, our khaki wardrobes help us blend in with the earth tones of our surroundings so all the animals can't see us.

and even if we are in danger, we all had animal wrestling classes in kindergarten.

I know the animals might be a worry...but we get our own back....we eat them!;)

Bush Tukka
Mmmm...Emu steak, Crocodile steak, Kangaroo fillet, Witchetty grubs, Flying Fox, and thats just the fauna. The flora is good too.

We are about the only country that eats the animals that appears on our coat-of arms.
