I'm Realizing that I should Lighten up and Enjoy life more.

All I really do Is surf the net, Play some games, watch TV. (and look for a job but it's so damn depressing) And go outside Oh and think bad thoughts.

I want more out of life but I Just can't seem to break out of the cycle that I've been in for so long.

Any Advice?

Focus on one thing and do what needs to be done to change it.

I find if you focus on all that may be wrong, it can be daunting.

You are no longer a teenager any more. You've already been through living at an age when you just acquired your first drivers license at 16. You still had restrictions then. You was 18 a few years ago and you start to catch a glimpse of what life is all about after you graduated from high school. Now that you are that age that you have to make your own decisions you can start giving up on video games and just lounging around the house.

Go out and venture in the club scene. It can be fun when you're that outgoing type. One night stands happen all the time. So don't think in one night you'll dream of being with somebody for the rest of your life. Just enjoy yourself! I've been there and am continuing to have a great time with hot guys. Don't ever act so conservative that you can't get out of the house and have a good time. Your day has finally arrived and this is your opportunity to make your own life decisions.

As for jobs, try something that involves retail or working in public places. I don't know if you are in college, but those type of jobs can work around your schedule.

you asked...

higher education! more and more, we are not just competing with others on a local basis, or state basis, or even national basis. As time progresses, we are competing on a global basis and in order to compete you need the qualification to surpass the others. there is no better investment.

Thanks Croynan. It's the truth though...a boy's got to learn something.

By the way, take some advices on here including mine PepsiCan. You will be better off seeking our advices than thinking that you can't do nothing because you're not ready to explore the world. Baby it's time to see what the world has to offer!

- what cycle are you in?? are you proactively trying to break it??
- do u have any goals set??
- are you involved in anything constructive/challenging?? (ie studying a new language or learning an instrument)
- have you counted your blessings any time lately??
- anything you're interested in that can turn into a hobby?? IE interest in cars can turn into attending car shows or helping a friend work on their's, etc..

1. Doing the same things every day. And yes.

2. No Not really.

3. No I tend to stray from those things. If somethings way do damn hard then I for the most part give up (With the exceptions of some things).

4. Yes but I don't see how that helps.

5. Actually yes now that I think about it.

hey i got a job for you.

i need help with my crack/cocaine business i got going on, my second hand Jose was shot and killed on the corner, i need a new one, are you interested?

That sounds familiar, if you throw in university classes to your schedule...

As for what you can do; well, muster through it until you get what you need to move ahead.

My piece of advise is to try to not live the same day twice! Life is not complicated unless you want it to be. Be a person that does not buy into what society wants you to do like school, work etc... I mean don't do things because there the right thing do them because you really want to experience them. Good Luck!
