Nudity

If we were still naked, I wonder if there would be selective pressure on the appearance of genitalia since they would be exposed.

(OK, pinch your noses, boys, because we're going to be talking about heterosexuality.)

If women could see cocks in broad daylight, would a "cute" guy be one with the great haircut, or the huge dick? Or maybe uncut? Or low hangers? Maybe preferences would be cultural?

From a biological standpoint.

Why do we wear clothes? Why shed our alleged fur to then invent clothes?

Are atheist unafraid of exposing their genitalia now that they don't believe the myth of Adam and Eve?

Will mass nudity ever happen in a "modern society". (Outside of an artists stunt)

Even cultures in warm weather with no modesty have loin clothes and the like. I guess this allows us to sit where others have sat, without getting dirty or risking STDs.

Who said we ever had fur? I'm curious.

Depends on the atheist, yes? Clothing is not unique to the Bible or Christianity, BTW.

There'll be no mass nudity in my house as long as I have a white couch!

Now there's a thought: Do ethnic groups that have traditionally embraced nudity have statistically significantly larger landing gear than cultures which kept all the pink bits under wraps? Actually I think there could be something to that...

As for heterosexual women, they would stare at the guys cock endlessly and then claim they noticed his hairstyle first and foremost...even if the guy was bald as baboons ass, which they wouldn't have actually seen because they never looked above his waist long enough for it to register.

BTW, my limited insight suggests women don't like the look of low-hangers...it's the male equivalent of saggy breasts. I'm not a fan either, not for any aesthetic reason, I just don't figure that your balls should be something you can accidently sit on.

Cute guy would be the one with a tattoo saying 'feminist' on his johnson

don't know about you but here at this time of year it keeps us warm vs. freezing to death

Fur? I don't know about that but I have seen guys who could do corn-rows on their backs and arses.

Many cultures have traditionally made a show of genitalia.

Contrary to popular myth I'm pretty sure you can't get an STD from a toilet seat.

As for your white couch: Not a fan of random stripes and polka-dots?

Not all women like big dicks. I know some women who've looked at the big dicks in gay porn and said, oh my God, I wouldn't want that thing trying to get inside me! So, natural selection of naked dicks might favour small ones!

As for low hangers you can sit on, the worst thing is having to hold them up so they don't dangle into the toilet. (There's a thought!).

Are there any women here who can weigh in on how women view low hangers?

if I ever meet a pair I'll let you know :D

they look.....painful and awkward for the man carrying them around, maybe I am wrong but thats the impression I get, too much risk of injuring yourself if your not reeeeeeeeallly careful

I'll get my Mom to knit little ball bras for you, if there's any low hangers here who needs them.

This theory requires levels of empathy that people don't seem to have. When people are told that their car or career bag is ruining the environment for them and evryone else do they then give up selfishness?

Good observation.
Education plays a big part, though. The way things are run now, the big lesson is "get stuff for yourself". Selfishness is taught from before the first grade.
Can mutual respect be taught so? Religion used to do that arguably well, but we no longer have a religious society. Such principles ought to be inculcated throughout public education -- but neither liberty nor human rights are trendy these days.

Schools used to teach swimming, and classes were segregated by sex -- and in the nude. A frequent result was more mutual acceptance and respect, I guess because it's hard to consider yourself superior when you've been naked with a group of people day in, day out.
