thats a great speech. Thanking everyone with humour (obama that is)

Thanks for posting those. They're a great reminder of the power of a sense of humor.

And to be completely shallow, Obama looks damn good in a tux.

I LOVED the way Obama stuck it to Guiliani!!

LOVED IT!!

McCain was absolutely hysterical. I was watching this earlier on Hannity and Colmes and the guy is pure laughs. He has such a dry sense of humor.

McCain: "... but I just can't seem to help that some, right here tonight in Manhattan, are pulling for me to win this. I'm glad to see that you made it here tonight, Hillary!"

LOL

McCain: "But I see that Bill Clinton, who is campaigning so hard for the Man that defeated his wife, was not able to take a break from the trail to be here."

McCain: "It's going to be a long night at MSNBC if I actually pull this off. Senator Obama has even given Chris Matthews a special tingling in his leg. I understand that Keith Olbermann is preparing his own "Mission Accomplished" banner for this election. Well, if Keith wants any tips on decorating the banner, Chris, have him call me and I'll tell him where he can put it!"

I agree. This is the John McCain I miss.

A truly majestic evening. It brought humanity back into the politics.

I thought McCain's was the funniest for the simple fact that he was able to keep a straight face. Obama kept laughing at his own jokes. It was like watching Jimmy Fallon all over again. They were both a riot, though!

I'm glad they aired the jokes though. This showed a lot of people a side of Obama, I know that I personally, have never seen.

I agree with you. It's weird if someone tells a joke and they themself laugh first.

I have to admit McCain was the funnier of the two, though I thought they both did well. Obama looks great in a tux. On some it would just look like a costume.

I can't believe people find Obama attractive. Gross. He's so boney and string-beany and just...eww.

^^LoL. To each their own I guess. There are a lot of different flavors of attractive. He rates in my book. He's not necessarily someone I would want to sleep with, but he's a handsome and classy guy.

I don't like young guys. Youngest I've dated was 30. He's just not at all attractive to me. And that gray lipliner he wears is hideous.
