Obama's half-brother arrested

George Obama, the half brother of U.S. President Barack Obama, has been arrested by Kenyan police for possession of marijuana, police said Saturday.

It seems George has the same problem that Barack had at his age.

OK....first of all, the title of the post is misleading, clearly meant to grab attention... Second of all, what do you mean by that line "George has the same problem Barack had at that age" Are you implying he used drugs? Do you have proof of said claims? Even if he did so what? Bush used drugs too.. GWB was a known alcoholic and was arrested back in, I believe the late 60's for DUI. Do your posts have a actual point or are they just posted to get a reaction out of people?

I am thinkin' that Barack is George's half-brother; therefore, George is Barack's half--brother.........

.........so even though the thread title was changed----prior to reading the thread's content one could still assume that that the Obama half-brother arrested is Barack and not George, no?

Ofcourse. Like any true Democrat he only cared up to the point you proved him wrong. Then true to Democrat form he dismissed the facts with a typical one-liner "who cares" or "whatever".

No seriously, who cares if he smokes weed. I don't care that Bush was a alcoholic and could have killed someone when he went drunk driving.

Though it's nothing I'm aware of beyond hearsay, there's enough "smoke" that there may well be fire. I've heard it alleged a number of times that GWB's use of cocaine continued into the white House, perhaps throughout his term.

I've been trying to find out more, but I can't seem to "get my arms around" this story...

But I also understand that one of his college nicknames was "The Snowman."

Two things:

1. As has been said ad nauseum, this is a pointless thread.

2. Marijuana shouldn't be illegal. If alcohol gets to be legal, and marijuana not legal, there's some seriously flawed logic at play. Then again, you've seen the many incarnations of our government at work, so you're all already aware of this flawed logic.
