With all the beautiful guys maybe I should be watching, but I haven't in a long time. Only the last few minutes, and sometimes not even then. Can't stand how smug so many of these people are.

Faye Dunaway looks ready for my death list thread.

She sat next to me about seven or eight years ago at a Q & A with Gore Vidal. She was very sweet, smiled and asked me how I was. Vidal was totally soused and sort of sad. I asked him a question and she squeezed my hand and whispered that it was a very good question. So I'm a big fan.

Vidal died about a year later.

She's been trying for years to get a movie made of the Maria Callas one-woman show, "Master Class", starring herself, with no success. She's probably running out of time.
