I've been thinking of getting rid of the landline after my current contract ends.Have one of those bundle packages that really isn't worth the cost.Glad you made the move.....I'm thinking you and Ariel are pleased with this new arrangement so far!;)
 
When you get rid of your landline you lose ability to securely fax. I fax stuff I don't trust to transmit via open internet.

pianist, it's really a practical little device….banking, jubbing, translinking, and textmessaging other iPhone users for free instead of needing a plan or getting bent over on a per-message basis. It will tell you the tides, you can order a pizza with it (and I don't mean by phoning and speaking to someone, you just pick what you want from the menu)…all kinds of news….BBC…CBC..Globe and Mail…Economist….and you can even see what BC Liquor stores have in their inventory so you'll know where to go for that rare 1958 bottle of Chateau de Poignardeur de Ballons and so on.

I have very few apps. Soundhound comes in handy, and I like Scrabble as a time waster. But my second page isn't anywhere near full. My friends have something like fifteen pages worth.
