  • Hi Guest - Some things to know about this forum:
If you're new, please read the Posting Guidelines. Banned content is in "List of Content Never Allowed on JUB".
The most important thing to know: images of persons under 18 years old are never allowed here. If you cannot verify that the person in the picture is 18 years or older, don't post it.

OK..So What Happened to The Active Duty Controversy Thread?

So i have been waiting for the thread to come back after an Admin said that he was going to clear out some posts and it's been 3 days. So what happened the discussion?

I fully expected them to tuck it away as if it never happened. In fact, I'm shocked that the discussion was allowed to go into the 2nd page.

No matter! The damage was done, and the racist sacks of shit (along with their sycophants) were exposed!

I am still holding out hope that the right thing will be done and that the thread will return.

It's dead, Jim.

Let it go.

Closing and locking a thread that is stuck in "attrition" or getting out of hand is one thing, wiping it away as though it never existed (when it was created by the mods for the sole purpose of having an arena in which to discuss the issue) is quite another. As I said, I'm still holding out hope and am waiting for an official resolution.

They probably removed it permanently because the owner of that (pathetic) porn site is actually paying to advertise on this site and the owners of JUB want to maintain relations with this person; which, if true, is a shame. Sometimes you have to stand up to what's clearly abhorrent and say "Thanks, but no thanks!" to someone even if he's paying you.

I think what we should do is write the owners of this site and ask that they break ties with that site. Businesses have gotten into far deeper shit for far less. That's the way you right a wrong and tell such a bullshit artist that that kind of crap isn't okay. (Seriously. This "guy" went into a story about a neighbor coercing him into getting a tattoo. I say "bullshit" to the story and "bullshit" to getting several questionable tattoos without knowing the context behind each of them.)

I wondered the same thing and sent a PM to one of the moderators. My PM went unanswered, so on a lark I checked the List of Content Never Allowed on JUB. Low and behold, there it is.

Interesting that the topic can no longer be discussed on the board, but the pictures, last I checked, are still in Gallery Section. Unfortunately, this studio out muscled the JUB members.

can someone give me the spark notes as to what happened?

Here is a summary:

Active Duty has a hot new model/performer by the name of Axl. In his recent videos, one of our fellow Jubbers noticed that Axl had several controversial tattoos on his body. The Jubber posted on this forum exposing the tattoos as being related to white supremacy groups that often hate minorities and gays.

After researching his tattoos, other members of this site chimed in with their opinion about the tattoos. Many agreed that it was very disrespectful of gays for Active Duty to hire a model who embraced hate and displayed such offensive tats, even though he had been filmed sucking cock and gang fucked.

Dink, the man behind Active Duty, is a member of this site and gave his side of the story (damage control) about the young Nazi on his site being gang fucked whilst plastered in ANTI-homosexual tats. Dink was heavily flamed which turned into a war with queens coming out of the woodwork criticizing his explanation about the story behind Axl's tats. Next thing I know, it started getting real ugly.

For some "odd" reason, the thread disappeared and freedom of speech/expression was shown not to exist on this site. All I can say it that it's wrong and that if you want to see for yourself, Google Axl (Active Duty's fat bottom, cum hungry, little Nazi) and Google his tats. Active Duty stands behind this model but many of us have asked to make it right. By make it right, it is only right that the next AD scene involve this little Nazi being gang rapped by four hung Blacks, one jew and a tranny... LOL

With all due respect TallOne, I think you misread it. That refers to pictures of Axl which Quasar had already informed us were no longer to be posted BECAUSE of the nature of the tattoos, but it did not refer to forbidding any discussion. That change was also posted on Thursday morning and the thread didn't go missing until late Friday (or thereabouts)

Kane, says it best:

You're mistaken. Only pictures of Axl are banned, not discussion. They'll ban pictures of anyone who requests that their pictures not be displayed here, and pictures from any studio that requests such a ban. Of course, in this case it looks like the pics were banned to cripple the discussion.

One thing attallaborn left out was that late in the thread, a "new user" came in (he may actually have been a sockpuppet of another user, and three guesses which one I think he was) and, while initially claiming not to be a racist, proceeded to spout racist diatribes. Whether he was an actual agent provocateur we don't know, but several users (including me) flamed him. He was banned, then his worst statements were deleted, along with all the responses to them. THEN the entire thread disappeared.

If the thread had been started independently by a user, this would be one thing. But the thread was created by the mods, extracting all this discussion from the Active Duty thread. Deleting the entire thread is thus equivalent to censoring the discussion on the Active Duty thread, only done in stages.

This isn't a government site, though. The owners and operators of JUB have a perfect right to decide what topics are on and off limits here. Of course, the feelings of the USERS are not something they get to control! And if they're too blatant or too draconian about it, they will lose in other ways, as they well know.

Who's Jim?

I like many others are wondering what happened to the thread. We were having a discussion and then all of a sudden the thread is gone. I do not believe it is unreasonable to ask what happened.

Apparently I took too long to write that, and LFAH beat me to the first point. Sorry LFAH.

IMO, it's gone because it went from talking about Axl and his tattoos and the implications of them (a couple of them are too new to chalk up to being nieve) to talks about racism to the usual (and sadly predictable) pattern that most of those threads do...members launching personal attacks against one another and the mods.
For me, the fact a couple of the tats are brand new really puts to bed the idea he's some nieve kid that has no clue what all of his tats put together mean.
Given tonight's AD update, it's also obvious that he isn't going anywhere. All people can do is simply boycott and hope other's follow the lead.

P.S. I wonder if Axl knows he's already has sex with someone who is part latino?

Sometimes a thread "sits out" for a few days while people cool down. Perhaps it will be back.
